Criteria for case study presentation and summary
1. You have to present the main key issues of the case study. (25 points)
2. Describe the main facts given in the case study (if given) : (25 points)
The general information (General (GEN) (history, actors/protagonists, etc.)
Describe the information given about the Industry (IND)
Describe the information given about the Competition (COM)
Describe the Strengths (STR) and Weakness (WEA) of the business
3. Answer the questions if given. If not, provide couple of alternatives to the main issue/problem/decision/ evaluation at hand. (25 points)
4. Then choose which alternative is the best in your opinion and support/justify it (Why) and describe how it can be implemented (by mentioning the risks too). (25 points)
