Background
The four functions of management have a distinct impact on every organization. Each function guides a specific portion of the organization, and each function is interrelated to one another. The functions of management apply to every organization and can look slightly different depending on the organization. While understanding the four functions of management seem simple, the complexities of each function can be exhausting to keep running efficiently in an organization.
Instructions
Develop a pamphlet for each of the functions of management using Word.doc or PowerPoint slides. (4 pamphlets) Include the following in each pamphlet.
· Define each of the functions. (One pamphlet for each function)
· Prepare a scenario for each of the functions within an organization.
· Discuss an example for the function used for innovation or change.
· Include visuals, different fonts or blocks for engagement, and ensure it is easy to read. If you need more space for your content and organization of the document, it is fine to extend each function into two pages.
· Include a different citation for each pamphlet.
Length: This assignment must be 4-8 pages (excluding the title and reference page).
