• Describe the topic you selected for the Week 3 assignment. Explain how current research
supports your topic selection.
• Scholarly Review and Critical Analysis.
• Provide a review of the literature, synthesizing the research to present a thorough picture of w
is known about your chosen topic. Gaps or problems in the existing literature should be clearly
formulated.
• Write a brief statement regarding the need for a study on your topic that fully describes the to
problem, or need being addressed. (The “need for the study” is what is often referred to as the

• Write a critical analysis of the theoretical foundations utilized in the research studies you have

• Number of resources: Include a minimum of 10 peer-reviewed, scholarly references, primarily jour
articles published within the past 5 years. You may include up to 5 authored chapters in edited,
