A project becomes a failure when it does not deliver what was required within the agreed-upon budget and on time. There are many reasons why a project might fail. Identify ONE (1) case study from scholarly articles on project failure. You should include the following in this assignment:

Key Reasons for Project failure.
At what stage in the project lifecycle are projects cancelled (or abandoned as failures)?
What is the average schedule and budget overrun?
How to handle a project failure?
What are the consequences of project failure?

How to save a project from failure?
