Project Requirements
Core Requirements
Your digital artefact MUST incorporate:
Use of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs)
Web-based technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Image generation (using AI tools like DALL-E, Midjourney, or similar)
Image hosting (via postimages.org or similar platforms)
Published online (via Google Sites or equivalent platform)
Technology Stack (Based on Class Exercises)
Your project should demonstrate skills learned in class:
- Using LLMs to generate and iterate on code
- Creating AI-generated images for your project
- “Talking to your code” – iteratively improving your solution with AI assistance
- Embedding hosted images into web pages
- Publishing live, functional prototypes

Submission Format
PowerPoint Presentation: 5-10 slides (excluding cover and references)
Required Sections:
- Problem or Opportunity (15%)
- Identify the business need, pain point, or opportunity
- Explain specific requirements
- Justify why you’re building this artefact
- Solution (70%)
- Detailed documentation with screenshots, diagrams, or flowcharts
- Show how you used generative AI tools
- Demonstrate your iterative development process
- Include images created with AI and hosted online
- MUST include: Working URL link to your prototype
- Benefits and Final Thoughts (15%)
- Reflect on business benefits (actual or potential)
- Discuss what you learned
- Share insights about working with AI tools
Submission Checklist
Before submitting, ensure you have:
- [ ] PowerPoint presentation format
- [ ] Cover slide with your name and student details
- [ ] Screenshots of the most relevant parts of your artefact
- [ ] Working link (URL) to your live prototype
- [ ] AI-generated images embedded in your solution
- [ ] NO embedded videos (use screenshots or links instead)
- [ ] All three sections addressed (Problem, Solution, Benefits)
- [ ] References slide (optional but encouraged)
- [ ] 5-10 slides (excluding cover and references)
- [ ] Submitted via Turnitin on Moodle

Project Guidance
Consider the following to help guide your choice of project:
- Helpful to YOU – Choose something you’ll actually use
- Appropriate challenge – Not too easy, not overwhelming
- Uses new tools – Push your boundaries and learn something new
- Well-documented – Show your process, not just the final result
- Demonstrates AI integration – Show how generative AI enhanced your work
Example Project Types:
- Product landing pages with AI-generated content and images
- Interactive business tools or calculators
- Marketing websites for business concepts
- Portfolio or professional showcase sites
- Customer-facing information pages
- Business process documentation sites
AI Policy & Academic Integrity
Required: Using generative AI to enhance learning, generate code, create images, and iterate on solutions
Required: Always cite AI tools used and describe how they were used
Remember:
- Don’t trust AI blindly – always verify outputs
- Think critically about AI suggestions
- Cross-check with credible sources
- Be aware of AI hallucinations
Prohibited: Plagiarism, submitting AI-generated work without proper citation, or claiming AI output as entirely your own without demonstrating your learning

Repeat Assessment
