Assignment Brief
In groups of 4 students, choose a real or fictional organization and design a comprehensive Knowledge Management Strategy aimed at enhancing innovation capabilities and aligning with strategic performance goals. Your group will act as a KM consultancy team and produce a strategy document addressing the following:
1. Organizational Analysis
i. Identify the organization’s mission, vision, strategic objectives, and current innovation practices.
2. Knowledge Audit
i. Analyzed current knowledge assets, flows, gaps, and bottlenecks.
ii. Use tools like knowledge maps or value networks if applicable.
3. KM Strategy Design
i. Define KM objectives aligned with innovation and strategy.
ii. Recommend KM tools, platforms, and techniques (e.g., communities of practice, knowledge repositories, AI-driven systems).
