The 2008 Davis Moot Court video provides an introduction to the method and manner by which constitutional cases are presented to judicial panels, including the Supreme Court. The proper method and manner in which cases are presented to the U.S. Supreme Court becomes vital to the rights and freedoms we cherish as a nation.
In a 1-2 page essay, discuss the process in which attorneys present their cases in front of the U.S Supreme Court.

Remember that in each Module, you are to supply a minimum of two outside reference sources besides the textbook, and provided material. Academic journals from the LIRN portal are preferred.
