I need to write a paper for disputing ruling for a child support case on the males behalf. It was ruled that for 1 child, he must pay 1,413$ per month. Previously, for the last 3 years, John has been paying $750 a month in addition to travel related expenses for flying his daughter from Florida to Michigan. John lives in Michigan and makes approximately 136k per year. He lives in an apartment and he pays $1100. Currently, he has 48 over nights per year. Due to Covid the last 2 years, John has only had a handful of overnights each year. But going forward, John would like to ask for joint custody and ask to have custody of his daughter, Ava, for 8 weeks in the summer, as well as 2 weeks around Christmas, and 2 weeks that he will fly to her in Florida to spend with her. This all equals a minimum of 82 overnights. John will pay for all flights back and forth.
Andrea has recently quit her job due to back pain caused by a previous car accident from years ago. She states that she is in too much pain, however is seen in multiple photos on social media partying, parasailing, and participating in activities that proves that she does not have pain that it too much to work. We believe based on photos seen that she is ok and we are requesting proof that she is currently unable to work. We also want to make mention that in the family court review, that she stated that her house payment is entirely paid by her ex husband.

I’m sure this isn’t your typical paper that you would write, but I appreciate any help you can give me. I am just too tired and stressed with work to write all of this out on my own.
