Complete the attached file. Submit the Excel file and your 1 page Executive Summary in Word (double spaced, Times New Roman, 12 pt font) into this dropbox.
Days on Hand calculations should be expressed with at least one decimal point. Do not round to the nearest whole number.
Every Executive Summary should have a title, along with your name and the date. Begin the first paragraph with text, not a graphic or table.
The Excel file will be 20 of the 30 possible points and the Executive Summary will be 10 of 30 possible points.
For full credit on the Executive Summary I am looking for something more than reduce the inventory on the slow movers and increase the inventory on the fast movers. While this is the ultimate goal, some sort of plan or action should be suggested.
