Please open the attached Module Three Assignment template and complete Module 3 assignment following the same technique, format, and functions that we have covered during the Week 3 Homework Help Video. Please be sure that you are using the Excel fx formulas or financial calculators for all NPV, IRR, and Profitability Index calculations (calculation of these financial analysis measures will not be accepted using basic formula solutions). Investment Analysis Measures:
Question 1 – Using template assignment, construct a spreadsheet and calculate Payback period (1 point). Using Excel functions ( fx), calculate IRR (1 point), Profitability Index (1 point), and NPV (1 point).
Question 2 – Based upon your calculations from the previous question, explain in detail (complete sentences at the bottom of your case study sheet) whether or not Bullock Gold Mining company should open the mine, and why. (.6 points)
