Leadership Assignment
“Evidence” should come from the literature. To underpin your discussion with academic evidence. Be sure to critically ground each section in the literature from the module and your own independent reading.
The assignment should include the following components:
1. Defining Leadership
a. How is leadership defined?
b. Is leadership different to management?
c. Why is this important to consider?
2. Taking two of the leadership theories addressed in the module (i.e. Trait theory, Situational leadership, Authentic leadership or Adaptive leadership) compare and contrast these styles as effective leadership styles in relation to the development of continuous improvement initiatives in organisations (i.e. Lean or Six Sigma). Submission Requirements: **Assigned Cover Sheet must be included.
