Think of three friends or family members and three celebrities that have emulated resiliency.

What can you learn from their resiliency?
Now, think about being a team leader; motivation is waning because people are not carrying their weight. The deadline is nearing, and your boss is beginning to micromanage you because they are worried about the team’s performance. What lessons can you bring to light from motivation and resiliency to get the team engaged and increase performance?
Example 1: Resiliency of Friends and Family: A neighbor who was a single mom after an unexpected divorce, she was able to ask to go back to work FT and ask for help when needed to do the chores her husband used to do. She is stronger now than she was previously due to her practice of resiliency.
Example 2: Resiliency of Celebrities or the Characters They Played: After his life-changing car accident Tiger Woods was able to rehabilitate himself, and go back to golfing, even playing with his 12-year old son in December 2021.
