In other words, what is the most meaningful “looking inward take-away” to you? You can either select one of the take-aways presented in the final module of the course, or you can describe a different take-away related to your own mental health and well-being.
For the take-away that is most meaningful to you, reflect, using the “What, So What, Now What” reflection prompts as follows:
• What: What did you learn?
• So What: Why does this matter? How has this changed your previous assumptions or behaviours?
• Now What: What will you do differently? What is one small way in which you will apply what you learned?
