The movie: The Matrix
This assignment is for my Society, Technology and Social Issues class (SSCI SS299).
I want you to critique the film or show based on content, theory, application, examples as well as your own thoughts and impressions. No cover page needed, just a reference page and the rest in APA format.

This is not meant to be an artistic critique, e.g., the mood lighting wasnt accurate; but rather a critique and reflection on the themes and concepts portrayed in the film/show. For example, does the film/show highlight technological inequality in relation to access or gender, and what theories support it? Or, what commentary does the film/show provide on technological neutrality, and how does that align with theories and examples provided in this course? You can talk about how the movie the matrix relates to surveillance and society, data and society, race and technology, technology and society.

Be sure to include specific references (e.g., quotes, paraphrases, scenes) from the film/show to support your arguments, in addition, to support from any of our course content and readings. You should include a minimum of three academic sources within your analysis.

Your response should include an introduction, conclusion, and three body paragraphs with their individual arguments and evidence.
