Assessment Description

Using the nursing process, create and post a teaching plan with one short-term goal and one long-term goal for the diabetic client, taking into consideration the model you chose in the previous discussion question. Then explain how you measure achievement of each goal and why.

Post three different responses to classmates with different goals from your initial post and discuss how you would measure achievement of the peer goals posted.

Discussion posts should be at least 200 words, and responses should be 100-150 words.
