A 38-year-old office manager working for an investment company came to the clinic today stating he is having difficulty falling asleep. In your post, identify two nursing interventions, including rationale, that the client could use to help him fall asleep.
Post three different responses to classmates with at least one different intervention from your initial post and explain how you would evaluate the success of that intervention along with your rationale.
