Assessment Description
Describe the four components of a mental status assessment and give specific examples of what the nurse would assess under each component.
Post three different responses to classmates with additional suggestions on what could be assessed in each component.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words and responses should be between 100-150 words.
This discussion question uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the post to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
