Assessment Description
Using responses in Table 3.2 in Physical Examination and Health Assessment, create two examples or scenarios from the client’s perspective and two examples or scenarios from the examiner’s perspective that demonstrate productive or therapeutic communication.
Post three different responses to classmates with thoughts and suggestions.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words and responses should be between 100-150 words.
