Assessment Description
The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) includes three different categories. Describe when the GCS would be helpful and outline the three categories detailing each section. What number would the nurse assign the client on the GCS if all three components were completely intact (normal)?
Post three different responses to classmates with other times the GCS would be helpful. Then provide reasons why you agree or disagree with the number they assigned to the client.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words and responses should be between 100-150 words.
