Assessment Description
Reflect on what you have learned about a neurological and HEEMNT assessment. Describe at least one abnormal finding you might encounter when assessing each cranial nerve.
Post three different responses to classmates with additional abnormalities you might find when assessing each cranial nerve.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words and responses should be between 100-150 words.
