Assessment Description
Explore the nursing implications and challenges related to drug therapy in both pediatric and geriatric populations. Discuss aspects such as dosage adjustments, administration techniques, communication with patients and caregivers, and monitoring for adverse effects. Share an example of a medication commonly prescribed in each population and explain how the nursing approach would differ.
Respond to at least three classmates who have focused on the other population, providing insights and asking questions to deepen the discussion.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words and responses should be between 100-150 words.
