Assessment Description
Select either the pediatric or geriatric population and discuss how pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics differ in this group compared to adults. Consider factors such as absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of medications. Share an example of a medication that would require different dosing considerations in the chosen population due to these differences.
Engage with at least three peers who have focused on the other age group and compare and contrast the unique challenges and considerations for medication administration and management.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words and responses should be between 100-150 words.
