Assessment Description
Completion of the standardized HESI Exam Version 1, V1 remediation, and Version 2 are required as part of the course requirements. The assigned points for the HESI Exam V1 with remediation is worth a maximum of 75 points. Points are earned based on the score achieved on HESI Exam V1. The remaining portion of the 75 points will be awarded for completion of remediation.
All tasks in the remediation rubric must be completed to obtain the points (partial points will not be awarded for partial completion of the remediation). If remediation is not completed, the student will receive 0 points for remediation.
The HESI Remediation Rubric can be found on the CONHCP Pre-Licensure Resource Page under MC General Resources in the HESI folder.
10% late deduction each day UNTIL HESI Version 2 Exam Day. Remediation will not be allowed to be submitted after taking Exam 2.
Remediation is not an Accommodated Assignment.
