Assessment Description
Consider what teaching you might provide to a client who has been newly admitted and diagnosed with GERD. Create an original post that discusses your plan for teaching this client about the diagnosis. Include procedures, diet, and medications in your response.
Post a response to at least three classmates with additional information about the teaching plan and any additional information you think the client should receive.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words, and each response should be 100-150 words.
