In a 250-500-word document, summarize and reflect on your entire NSG-322 Behavioral Health Nursing clinical rotation experience. Your paper should include the following:
- A description of your clinical setting and assignment
- Your experience of interacting with nurses, facility staff, providers, and clients
- Discussion of how this experience broadened your knowledge about caring for clients with behavioral health disorders
- Discussion of how this experience helped develop your behavioral health nursing skills (e.g., therapeutic communication, prioritizing care, and client safety)
- Discussion of how you integrated the Christian worldview into your nursing care for clients with behavioral health disorders.
Use of first-person perspective is acceptable for this assignment.
A late submission of the reflection paper will result in a deduction of 10% per day, which will be applied to the to the assignment grade after the paper has been graded.
APA style is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.
