Assessment Description
Through this assignment, you will investigate the use of qualitative research and its role in nursing practice. Choose a qualitative article regarding the clinical problem related to your PICOT question from the GCU Library and, using the “Research Article Chart” template, provide all required criteria and defining characteristics, including type of article, abstract, introduction, methods, results, discussion, and analysis of the article. Be sure to answer the questions in full sentences and paragraphs.
Include a copy the article with your analysis when submitting the assignment.
While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the
APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
