What is a quality indicator? Explore the national quality health care databases and identify a quality indicator that could be improved by introducing evidence-based research into nursing practice. Explain why this quality indicator is significant and provide rationale for its implementation. Post responses to at least three classmates with additional thoughts on the rationale and implementation they provided.
