Assessment Description
Describe a situation in which your clinical judgment may be biased because your personal views are in conflict with those of the client. What is the importance of maintaining unbiased clinical judgement in the implementation of EBP? What steps would you use to maintain unbiased clinical judgment, while honouring the client’s values and beliefs, in order to provide optimal care? Post responses to at least three classmates that provide additional steps that could be used to maintain unbiased clinical judgement.
Discussion posts should be at least 200 words, and responses should be 100-150 words.
