This part of the assignment aims to help you critically analyse your group’s decisionmaking process during the GBA project. Reflect on how decisions were made, and how communications and conflicts were managed. (5 marks) 300 words max

Part 4: Group Presentation in Class (25 marks)

In this part of the GBA, you will be required to present your rankings of priorities in class. You will be scheduled for week 9 or week 10 of the module HRM331.

You will be given 15 minutes (maximum 20 minutes) to present to the class the rankings your group have decided on. In your presentation, do zoom in on the top 3 areas you have identified and propose talent management strategies.

Rubric for Group Presentation

Content Relevance and accuracy: information presented is directly relevant to employee engagement and factually accurate. The presentation goes beyond superficial analysis and provides a deep insight into why certain areas are prioritised in this case. 10 marks
Organisation Logical Structure: Information is presented in a logical, interesting, and persuasive manner. The flow of the presentation aids in the audience’s understanding. 5 marks
Visual aids Visual aids are professionally created and directly relevant to the content. 5 marks
Delivery Presenters are confident, well-prepared, and have good posture and eye contact.

Speech is clear and well-paced, with appropriate volume and modulation to maintain audience interest
