Part D –Compare and Contrast (750 words approx.)

With the information you have developed in Parts A, B & C, compare and contrast the nutritional requirements of an Athlete in your chosen sport against the NHMRC Nutrient Reference Values within your demographic and the nutritional adequacy and quality of your own diet.
