Using the provided Quality Improvement Plan Power Template, create a 5–7 slide presentation with speaker notes that includes the following:
Identify three different quality care issues relevant to your area of practice at the organizational level.
Present one piece of evidence supporting each of the identified issues (three total).
Apply Lewin’s Change Theory to propose a nurse-driven change for one quality care or safety issue.
