Purpose

understanding of their own behaviors and define choices that affect their lifelong well-being.

• Think back on the past semester and describe three times where you implemented
self-reflection/ self-awareness.
o Connect these back to the two articles you read.
• Be descriptive about what was happing in each of those situations
o Describe how you felt before, how you felt after, and what you might do
differently next time.
