Students will research the needs of their school or district regarding digital learning. Assuming that your school or district has to move to a more digital format, how will you address the needs of the students you serve? Using the Digital Learning District Guidance and Mississippi Code of Ethic, (available in CANVAS) students will create a Digital Learning Plan to address the needs of their school or district. Students will create a 5 – 8 page plan that outlines how the district will address distance learning. Provide a brief description of your district. As you create your plans, the following things should be considered and in your plan: Engaging students in synchronous and asynchronous online classes. Providing parent access to all digital resources. Pulling all of your digital tools and content into one central place. Tech enhanced digital assessments to gauge mastery and help teachers shape future instruction. Delivery and evaluation of instruction Content development ELL students and students with IEPs District policies Technology tools for students and teachers (laptops, etc.) Teacher/student interaction Students who lack access to broadband internet Ethical issues
