With a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice, being able to demonstrate a neglected service area or need is critical to the development, funding support, and lifespan of an organization within a community. In training to become future supervisors, administrators, program evaluators, managers, or researchers, it is paramount for students to understand the key aspects of an organizational evaluation with both process and outcome components. This assignment will help you learn this skill.
You will evaluate your field placement agency by addressing the following prompts:
Topic 4: Organization Evaluation
Describe the type of organization (nonprofit, public, charity) where you completed your field internship including the population(s) that it serves. (50-75 words)
Describe the main service delivery components of the organization. What services are being provided? (30-50 words)
