After presentation of the service user experience episode, you must provide rationale for improvement, utilising relevant evidence. This is followed by a service improvement proposal, which you must describe in detail. This will demonstrate ability to understand the principles of successful implementation and must include an evidence- based discussion on the importance of considering cost-effectiveness.
