1 Reflecting on team members’ dynamics: Working together in a team has helped me providing a deep understanding of team effort, collaboration and brainstorming. While working as a team I realized that it is much easier to complete a task than working alone. We shared our ideas, knowledge and tried to not only listen but understand each other’s viewpoints which helped us to complete the task successfully on time. 2.Reflect on group problems/risks and personal response: When I was working as team, the most important thing to do was to be on time whenever the group called a meeting. And I have always made it possible. Since I was the one who lives far from university so whenever the meeting was called it was somewhere around university because the other team members live around there. So, this was the only major problem I have faced completing my group assignment. Talking about the risks, everything has some positive as well as negative points and I believe somewhere it is always risky to work in a group it is not always necessary that if you are dedicated towards your work, everyone else will be. So, initially it was a bit challenging for me but later I would say it has helped in developing trust factor for others in me. 3. Reflect on presentation: Since me and my group has given the presentation online, it was for the first time I faced camera. While giving presentation I felt a bit nervous when I started but when I saw my presentation at the end, I felt I was very confident throughout my work.
