1. Prepare an analysis of the company with particular reference to the issues it is facing. (15 marks)
2. Discuss the actions you would propose to improve performance . (20 marks)
3. Build a Witness model of the production system, analyse the results and comment on how performances could be improved. (20 marks)
4. With the world’s manufacturing move towards Industry 4.0, discuss how the firm could transform their firm towards Industry 4.0. (20 marks)
5. Apply a planning system to determine order releases for a given scenario. (15 marks)
