When the Convention on Biological Diveristy (“Biodiversity Treaty”) was signed in 1993, it was still uncertain how the international community would raise funds and allocate the money for portecting the biodiversity of developing nations. Please research what this Treaty is about and what leadership steps have been taken by the United States since the treaty was signed. Please write a research paper that summaries your findings. This paper should be detailed and be a page in length and include references from where you found your information.
