The Board of Directors for International Schools Singapore is planning to
build premises in the northern part of Singapore. They have engaged a
renowned Architect to come up with a Master Plan.
A copy of the Master Plan showing the site layout plan for the new development is attached as an appendix to this Annex A. The perimeter of
the site will be demarcated by a 2.8m high weldmesh fence. There will be
the main entrance for staff/student vehicles; a separate delivery /contractor
entrance and an Emergency Gate required for Fire Engine access.
Within the site, there will be a vehicle drop-off point for school buses and students. Within the premises there will be an Admin Block (3 stories); an Auditorium (3 stories); Teaching/learning Labs Block (5 stories); Utilities Block (2 stories); an Open Air Track and Field circuit with seating stands; and an
Open Air Olympic size Swimming Pool.
The adjacent areas surrounding the site include public roads; a row of conservation shophouses; a private apt block; a canal fringing and vacant land that will be developed into a park; and a public car park.
