The paper will involve the student selecting a social welfare program, determining all aspects of the program in terms of its operation (in terms of the dimensions of analysis presented in the text/class) and then critically analyze the implications of each of these dimensions of policy/program implementation and articulate alternatives for each of these dimensions. The paper should be approximately 7 pages in length.
