The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for the employment and wage compensation of employees at Feast of Flavours restaurant. The restaurant management is committed to complying with all employment laws and regulations and ensuring fair and competitive compensation for all employees.

Procedures
Hours of Work

1 Employees are required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, and any additional hours worked will be compensated at a regular hourly rate.
2 Employees who work outside of normal business hours will not be compensated for overtime.

Record Keeping

1. Employees are required to maintain a record of their hours worked, which will be used to calculate their pay.
2. The restaurant management will maintain records of all employee hours worked, wages paid, and other relevant employment information.

Meal Breaks

1. Employees will receive a 30-minute unpaid meal break for every 5 hours worked.
2. The restaurant management will ensure that employees are provided with appropriate meal breaks during their shifts.

Wage Compensation

1. Employees will be compensated at a rate of $10 per hour.
2. No overtime compensation will be paid for hours worked outside of normal business hours.

Compliance
