As an IRS contracts officer, you are asked by your supervisor to determine the approach that you must take on negotiating an offer to contract based on the GSA National Capitol Region 4th Floor Total Workplace Case Study. Instructions
Write a 2–3 page report in which you:1. Describe the types of contracts available under the FAR.
2. Explain the responsibilities that the IRS, as a government agency, has to the offeree during the contract negotiation.
3. Describe the options available to the offeree under the FAR during the negotiation process.
