This reflection will convey your knowledge gained during this unit concerning your challenges comfort level.
Instructions:
You will write a personal reflection to examine your current personal level of comfort when considering challenges that may arise as a leader of a counseling group group counseling, specifically conflict between group members and the reluctance of group members to participate.
You will reflect on the following prompt:
Reflect on a time when you felt uncomfortable with conflict. How did you handle it, and what did you learn from the experience?
What professional characteristics do you feel you possess that will aid you in being better able to navigate challenges within a group setting as the leader?
Share strategies you plan to implement to enhance your comfort level with these challenging group dynamics.
