Role: Trainee Executive Search Consultant at Prospectus

As a newly appointed Trainee Executive Search Consultant at Prospectus, you will work closely with senior consultants to source, engage, and place high-calibre candidates for senior management and board-level positions across multiple sectors. A key part of your role involves leveraging social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, to identify and contact potential candidates and clients, building relationships to meet specific recruitment briefs.

As You should discuss and explore different theories of leadership and management activities in different organisations. You should critically evaluate and analyse the impact of at least four different leadership and management theories (e.g. transformational leadership, transactional leadership, situational leadership) on the effectiveness of large organisations of your choice.

You should compare at least four different styles of leadership and management (e.g. autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire, and bureaucratic styles) and assess the impact of leadership and management styles on decision making in different organisations. You should also evaluate and examine the factors that influence the development of organisational culture on the performance of different organisations.

You should produce a comprehensive motivational strategy (i.e. intrinsic and extrinsic motivation) that effectively addresses all variables of motivation to enhance organisational performance
