Watch the Chi-Square You Tube Video (for Adverse Impact) and create your own Adverse Impact Excel scenario (with your own created data) and completed worksheet. Write up a results section with whether or not your scenario had Adverse Impact (are your results significant or not). Then do a goodness of fit test and explain what would happen if you hired less women or men. Submit your Excel workbook with your explanations in a separate word document.
