We want to know if there is a significant difference in gender (male and female) pay across three departments (sales, marketing, and accounting). We will use a Two-Way ANOVA to determine if there is a significant difference in three departments between male and female salaries. Use the data set attached to perform the formative assessment. There are guides posted in this week on how to interpret results that can help you.
1) Perform the ANOVA analysis and submit.
2) Write a results analysis that includes your interpretation of the results. Is there a significant difference? Is there a main effect? Is there an interaction effect? Expand on any significant interaction, if there is one, and what that means in depth. If there is not one, explain how you know.
