Im trying to study for my Writing course and I need some help to understand this question.
In this module, we read about leadership development and leadership styles. Read through the Medicine Wheel overview and answer the following questions about yourself (also found on slide 15):
Are you more:
Results-oriented (North)?
Idea-oriented (East)?
People-oriented (South)?
Fact-oriented (West)?
Drawing from your own experiences and observations, share with your peers your leadership style and which leadership style you might have challenges working with and why.
Illustrate why this type of leadership mapping process is important to understanding the strengths and challenges of the members of a group.
