Please note counsellors are not allowed to prescribe medication, which is only allowed by doctors, GPSin the UK. Counsellors in the Uk tend to use talk therapy such as Person-centered Therapy, Psycho Dynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in an integrated way. (gps, doctors, social workers?) c Which organizations are associated with the case study? What organizations could support you in solving the case study? (group therapy? online support?) d What skills are required to implement a plan of action in relation to the case study? Think here about your own personal skills covered in the personal development module. e What possible challenges may you face in implementing a plan of action? Summarize the effectiveness of your proposed plan (you could SWOT here – Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats).
