To put it another way, this kind of leadership inspires people to go above and beyond what is expected. Change is implemented throughout this phase, and the leader is a visionary who succeeds in their objectives. This style of leadership deals with things like ideals, long-term objectives, and emotions.

Because it inspires both leaders and followers to go above and beyond expectations, this idea is particularly well-liked. Everyone enjoys seeing inspirational leaders who are capable of greatness. The fact that this theory covers a wide range of leadership philosophies also contributes to its popularity. This theory is sufficiently inclusive to cover both individual interactions and social movements.

Why is transactional leadership different from transformative leadership?

An example of a transactional act would be a management giving a promotion to employees who go above and beyond expectations. On the other hand, transformational is a process where individuals interact with one another to develop a bond that will assist boost motivation for both the leader and their followers.

This leadership approach is used to describe power-hungry, egotistical individuals with compromised values. It is a personal leadership approach.
