1. Overview (approximately ½ page)

· Identify the standards and learning objectives for your lesson.

· Summarize the overall flow of the lesson (beginning, middle, end).

2. Materials & Assessments (approximately ½ page)

· What instructional materials are you using? Why did you choose them?

· What formative and summative assessments are included? How do they align with your objectives?

3. Strengths and Areas for Improvement (approximately 1 full page)

· List and describe at least five strengths of your lesson plan.

· List and describe at least five areas for improvement.

· Reference specific parts of the lesson plan template (e.g., “In the ‘During the Lesson’ section…”).

4. Differentiation and Technology (approximately ½ page)
